Hello. My wife and I bought our house about 6 months ago. It was a foreclosure and we were able to get a great deal on it. We also took advantage of the 8K tax credit so that definitely helped. We did an extensive remodeling job and now I want to refinance to cut the term to a 20 or 15 year loan. Does anyone know any good sites for mortgage information? Thanks!

I purchased the house from a short sale and had to do business over the phone because I was living in Az. I dont think that I got a good deal. My interest rate in now 6.99 percent. I think that I can refinance and get a much better deal. Please point me in the right direction.

Présent au concert du somewhere in time tour 86, et fan depuis le début, j'ai vécu un super moment le 1er juillet. Quelle ambiance, grosse performance scénique, une excellent show. Excepté deux premières parties pour les moins de 12 ans à savoir la Lorie du métal et les linkin park à lunettes ... LOL ....

Excellent site pour un excellent groupe. J'aime les sites comme celui-ci car il est complet mis a jour et agreable.

Un grand coup de chapeau pour les créateur de ce site ! Je n'ai rarement vu un site de musique aussi fourni, alimenté, précis, clair, à jour..... J'approche du demi siècle, et ça faisait quelques années que je n'avais écouté ni su ce qu'Iron Maiden était devenu : avec la découverte de ce site, c'est chose faîte, avec même l'achat de quelques cd à l'appui. Encore bravo, super, et surtout continuez à l'alimenter de la sorte !
